I think it's the advertisers. They can probably put up what they want as long as they are paying for the space to advertise. Just a guess.

True.

Looks like google advertising, or something similar.

Maybe if we talked more about model rockets and cross-stitch we'd have some more appropriate links in our posts :D

PS: I've only noticed these links in our posts after using a Mac?

Hey T,

I'm a PC and I get them too.

I like your idea of talking about model rockets and whatnot, but I think I'm gonna start putting more references to HOT BABES in my replies and see if we can't get a few advertisements for some of those!!!!

The previous statement was not intended to degrade, offend or in any other way, shape or form insinuate that the female members of this forum were not all HOT TO TROT!!

Unfortunately I couldn't see any links come up Romeo.

We both know that such sites aren't hard to find though.

Let's play a bit of a game here. Will see if I can get 5/5:

Methadone
Suboxone
Viagra
Cialis
Soma

And a coupla bonus attempts:

Growth hormones
Seroquel
Tramadol

edit: I can't seem to see any links while on this computer, so maybe ur links did show Romeo?. Can anyone tell me how I scored?

All of my ads for this site are for detox facilities and med-related sites. Nothing for buying anything over the internet. I thought Google ads had something to do with one's browsing habits? But I could very well be wrong about that.

Tear, have you ever bought drugs over the internet? I've read that google collects info on people and they end up getting ads related to their searches, etc. I used to be on Medifast and now I always get Medifast ads when I'm on this site, as well as detox and drug treatment ads.

I hesitate to say this for fear of the teasing I'm about to open myself up to, but here goes: I just got an ad for womens high heel shoes....Dazzle?? I promise you all, I have NEVER bought a pair of womens shoes in my life, especially high heels....those suckers are impossible to walk in!!

I've also been getting this "womens mustache hair remover ad", again, I ain't never bought no hair remover machine thingy. I use a razor, no funky machine thing!! If this were my home computer, I could chalk it up to all the crazy shit my wife buys online, but this is my work computer.

All the ads are gone! Someone killed them :(

edit: ads are back! Just had to disable my firewall.

Anyway, in my previous post I could click a link to purchase Tramadol (with no prescription from the comfort of my own home), Soma. Unfortunately no Viagra. So that was 2/5. Tramadol's a bit of a worry though given at least one person's history here.

Can also get a great deal on a fantastic Dell computer, from which I no doubt will order even more copious amounts of drugs from the comfort of my own home.

Anyway. I've never bought drugs over the internet. Magic mushroom spores yes, but they don't contain drugs, and were confiscated by customs anyway.

Romeo it's okay we believe you. No doubt it was that Romeonina who comes out at night up to her old tricks again

Oh, the good old days when an addict could wipe out their whole paycheck to buy opiates over the internet. I spent a small fortune and no order was ever for sure. Always worried about the DEA busting me. Every single business was shut down withing a several weeks. I do wonder if these companies are really selling Ultram?

My experience toward the end of my internet runs was that I suspect the drugs I ordered were not what they said. They never felt the same as our prescription medications. Some kind of substitute that we just put into our mouths because some person called it "Norco". Who knows what the heck I swallowed back then. Could have had arsenic in it and I would have taken it.

Yes, like you, I also receive e-mails or advertising on the right side saying I could buy Tramadol or Soma, etc. It just can't be for real. If I was still using I would have ordered hundreds of Ultrams! I loved them and took close to 20 a day on top of my Norco and Soma. Thank God it wasn't possible to order online or I'd be dead.

Anyone willing to click on the ad? I sure wouldn't. Probably get some virus or Malware.

I think you are interpreting those ads incorrectly. The ad's I've seen say "Methadone treatment in the comfort of your own home" and I intially thought they were saying you could get a rx from a doctor for methadone rather than go to a clinic but when you click on the ad and read what it is really is an ad for suboxone...that you can take suboxone in the comfort of your own home and get OFF of methadone. It was not a prescription FOR methadone.

Saying it the way they do makes us click on the ad....and then we realize it is for Sub.
