Has anyone been faced with any significant mental or psychiatric distress? How did you deal with it post-Sub?

------------

I did have a mentally distressing situation happen to me twice. Once when I was only a couple weeks off subs. That was tough, I thought about self medicating, but didn't. Later on, when something else happened, I just told myself that drugs just make everything worse. Why make it worse?

I also must note that I am most definitely not bipolar. I'm a little nutty, with some anxiety, low esteem, and residual ADHD, but not any serious mental illness. I'm just stoked on my life.
