Day 30 after jumping off at .10mg a day. Tapered down from 8mg over the course of a year. Feeling pretty good right now, occasionally tired...I started drinking caffeine again. The yawns are truly the worst of it for me, I get them all day long...when will they stop. I remember initially having the withdraw yawns like you do when you're using, they exhaust you. Fortunately, these aren't like that, they're just annoying and frequent. I do excersize frequently and it does help and does take some "dig deep" motivation to get going. Yawn, yawn, go away!

I was getting the yawns (and the chills) until day 44 or 45. I stayed dressing warm and drinking tons of caffeine for a little while after that.
