Ok so i'm currently doing a slow and steady taper. I started at 16mg a day in july 2013 and just last week got down to 8 mg a day. So far, so good. Anyway- i read this forum a lot and i see when people get down to below 1mg or so they talk about using the liquid taper method. I never heard of this before and am curious as to what this is. Also how it's done. Thanks in advance!

Hey Jackie,
Check this thread out.
Liquid Suboxone Taper Method:So Far, So Good.
It is an account of how it works and how to do it.I believe
t is in the Stopping Suboxone forum.
This member sent some time here as Mod and also did very well with this type of taper. It gos on well below the 1 mg mark and into the microgram measurements.
Also, maybe check out some threads or over at the Talkzone about the ceiling effect. This could help you in your tapering process.
I like to use sub search area of the forum and app to find facts ..
