Hi All,

Soon i'll post my going off sub story (I'm almost 4 weeks off and doing really well so far). I'm waiting to post my story becuase I don't want to say all is well then have issues and all that good stuff. I'm hoping to have a fairly complete tale to tell!

Anyhow, does anyone know what, if anything, hinders your brain's recovery once off of sub? I know it sounds like working out and eating right..sleeping consistently help but is there anything that prolongs the healing process/PAWS? I'm thinking along the lines of caffeine, sitting around being lazy, sugar, etc. Also, did I leave anything off the list of htings that help?

Thanks!

Doug

Hawker, unfortunately I can't offer you any real suggestions, as I'm on maintenance and won't be tapering for a long time if ever. But I wanted to show you some support and tell you that I'm glad that you stuck around, even after tapering off.
Take care and keep on keeping us posted.
