Hello everyone,
I'm very new to the group but was wondering if anyone out there has any sujestions for Sub program. I'm base in the western half of Maryland, which has a huge narcotics issue due to our depressed local economy and proximity to DC/Baltimore and Pittsburg/Philly. I have been clean for over 7 years when last spring I went through a number of stressors in a very short time and ended up relapsing. At this point I'm just tired of the whole ordeal and need to stop, however as a college student I can't expect myself to go through WD while maintaining my 3.5GPA. Only options in my immediate area are for-profit metadone clinics, would prefer to avoid those at all cost. I'm willing to travel several hours for an understanding Doc. If anyone knows anything please contact me. Thank you for your time.

hello,,,,

i really HOPE SOMEONE CAN point you in the right direction of a GREAT DOCTOR,,,,

but just IN CASE, here's a couple of links,,, to search/find one on your own.... You could
always just get the "list" and start at the top!!!

this first link, is a search by zip code and how many miles your willing to travel
http://www.suboxone.com/patients/opioid ... octor.aspx

now this one is a little bit different.... you make up a "profile" and putting that cost is important, is probably
a GOOD idea!! Anyways, then you wait for the doctor's office to contact YOU

http://www.treatmentmatch.org/

If I were you, I'd write down all the things you want to ask, that way you ask every single one, the SAME QUESTIONS
like, how much per visit, how often do you have to go?
and,,, are you thinking you want to be ON suboxone LONG TERM? OR Short term?
that's ALWAYS a good questions, SOME dr's have a "limit" on the amount of time, for patients,,, stupid if you ask
\ME<,,, but anyways.

GOOD LUCK
let us know if you need anything else at all!!!

and I DO really hope someone comes along with the perfect MATCH!!!!!
