Good day today. Woke up normal, took my vitamins, was lazy all day and did absolutely nothing, and smiled at the # of days I've been clean. I feel stronger, tougher, sharper, smarter, happier, and most of all, I haven't really had any bad cravings since Thursday night.

Still sneezing here and there (ha, I'm actually enjoying the 'high' of the aftersneeze), but using some Melatonin to sleep at night which is an excellent natural sleep aid that has kept me under the covers through the night.

Rapid detox is really working for me. Not trying to say its better, just saying it works. It's such a mental battle that you can win once you jump. And I jumped off at 2mg. Gotta fight through that first week-10 days but you really start seeing life in a whole new light after that time. Every day is a triumph and it feels pretty damn good.

You all can do it. I'm doing it, and I love drugs very, very much. But this normal feeling is starting to take the lead for now.

Happy Labor Day my fellow heads. I promise, there is hope, there is redemption, and there is the possibility of living clean. Just do it your way and believe in yourself. It's EASY to take drugs. But you know what, it's even easier to live when you're living clearly. And I want you all to feel this way as soon as you can.

Love to all
