Thanks for explaining! I would totally take 2 a day only when you can.
Not everyday because i know how tough it can be when you are NOT ready to decrease. BUT... Even if it is only one day a week. I would strongly encourage you to stock pile your meds. Then you wont run out, if things go awry at Walgreens.

I know it is hard to taper no matter what dose you are on. IN the beginning i was always running out . I just had that mentality of "more is better " so when I had a hard day I would dose. The great thing about subs is it will stay in your system long enough to not need as much as you think.

Over time things got better. I remained busy with work and "life". i would forget to take my second dose. And by the time I remembered, I would just skip. I now have a few months worth of meds in case an emergency.

This will save you alot of headaches with your Pharmacy as well as your wallet if you can level out at 2 a day. But first...."baby steps" Give it a shot once a week to go to 2 and check in with yourself and then in a month do it 2 days a week.

Since this isn't a race. Go at your pace and you will be amazed how much pressure will be relieved when you have a few extra every month.
Good luck to you!

I totally feel your pain! I live in utah where the law is your perscription must be 75% gone to refill. But at walgreens its 90% just for no reason. Does anyone know if i cab transfer my refill to a pharmacy so i can get it when its 75% gone instead of 90% is that legal?

Yes you can transfer it to a different pharmacy without issue. I have found that CVS here in Utah is even more strict than the 90% policy, so don't transfer it to a CVS. I have had really good experiences with local "mom and pop" pharmacies as well as Intermountain pharmacies (the pharmacies inside IHC hospitals).
