So i went to see a holistic doctor in NY the other day for recommendations on how to get my body in top shape to deal with the tapering process off suboxone and ultimately the WDs. Of course, he wants lots of money before he actually makes a vitamin & mineral regiment with me, he promised many tests, and mentioned a variety of vitamins that sound foreign to me.

I was curious if anyone knows of any vitamin regiments that would be helpful to strentghten my body for the taper from 3mg-0 and to help me deal with all the effects of WD and PAWS that will eventually come. I heard Potassium is good for restless leg.
