Bupe 6 years 2-3mg day...

I am happy to say that I am getting by, lethargic, clamy skin, training semi pro athletics my workouts have been garbage...I woke up one day and decided I over going to overcome this thing. I want to help support others to join me

I did some research and I somewhat tapered down to 1mg day before I quit next day .5 next day .5 next day .2 mg then 2.5 days clean. emotions are strong right now. i am a firm believer in taking the bare minimum when cutting off to take away the worst of shacking and ect.

anybody else early into there sobriety. the saddest part is i was off of bupe 6 years ago for several months and went back on ...biggest mistake ever. the mentally clarity right now is very real

Are you taking anything OTC or anything like that to help with symptoms or is this all cold Turkey?

12:13AM 9/30/2016 withdrawls are over on 4th day , it really helped taking amino supplement and also slightly helped taking allergy med for sneezing in the end. I hope this helps people, it can be done quickly effectively. I have a lot of work to do. I feel more optimistic about getting back to my workouts with the strength I had previously.

also trying to get 2 friends to quit...ones on board. this forum can really help with anxiety and about everything else dealing with this abuse. if anyones got any question about more detail of my daily schedule I will post :D

Bro, I'm not trying to dis credit you or anything like That but please don't get to optimistic yet about withdrawals being over by day 4.. For most people they don't even start until day 4 after stopping bupe.. Just keep in mind that you may not be out of the woods yet and keep your positive attitude.

my first post wasn't as accurate,

also the last month I failed twice to taper down low enough to quit. I was close then back to 1mil day .. then this time I did it. the mental is tough but the physical withdraw is thank god getting better. granted it got really really bad before it got better
