Has anyone travelled to Phillipines on Sub?

What did you do? Did you run into any troubles? How did you cover your bases?

Some friends and I are considering doing some diving in the Phillipines in late July, as it's not too expensive, and apparently the diving is fantastic. I've also read that while buprenorphine isn't prescribed for addiction in Phillipines, they may tolerate people importing it for personal use if they can provide evidence of legitimate prescription.

The only real thing that's making me apprehensive is that I dived earlier in the year. It was the first time I'd dived while being on Sub. I did find that to a degree the Sub "blunted" the excitement and the appreciation of the experience, kinda like my emotions were buffered somewhat. The experience seemed to lack the vibrancy and adrenaline it normally would. However, I was on anti-depressants as well and that may have played a role, as I've found all psych meds can contribute.

I did a quick search and found this for you, my friend:

I think it gives you just what you want. (I hope it does.) Bon voyage!
