I took my 1st dose (4mg) of suboxone too soon after using herion I went into wd's like I've never experienced befor so I used hErion again to take the edge off I'm still sick my Skin is crawling and I feel like jumping out the bed ! Wat do I Do now ? I just want to feel better someone help ... Thanx

There's no point in doing more heroin, it won't help right away and you're just going backwards. The precipitated withdrawals shouldn't last more than a few hours. The severity of the symptoms will begin to lessen. You can try taking more sub to saturate you receptors.

How long has it been since you took that first 4mg dose?

(Taking a hot bath with ease the creepy crawly feelings)

Its been 18 hrs since I took the sub and 16 hrs since I used the herion I'm feeling a little better should I try and take another 4mg of sub I really wanna make the switch but @ this point idk wat to do bc that was the worst sickness ever

You should be fine to take 4mg of Suboxone, but if you're worried about it, you could start with 2mg and see how that works. 2mg is usually not enough to precipitate wd. If you feel fine an hour after taking 2mg, take another 2mg and go from there.
