Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a tip that has recently worked for me. If I use mouthwash before I take my dose, I find it really helps to reduce saliva build up. The flavor of the mouthwash masks the bitter taste of the strip which makes it a lot easier.

Try it if you haven't!:)

Good points, and idea !!
Ive done this before and have found that the best of them all is ole Listerine. Unfavored.
It will dry the mouth out better. Plus the others add sweetness that make my saliva sryurpy. If that makes sence..

The key with this tip is to make sure you are using a mouthwash with alcohol included. I've noticed some of the newer ones like certain types of scope don't have it, and they don't dry the mouth nearly as well. Check the labels!

Thanks for the tip Crystal.
