I forget that Las Vegas isn't the hottest city around. Today was full of storm clouds, lightening, no rain, warm, windy and in the 90's.

Actually kind of nice.

Robin, are we not done with summer??? Only two more weeks until Fall...yes!

I am in AZ and it has been a really nice day here too, infact this morning I put on a long sleeve shirt for a bit! Almost done with the hell!

Hey Rule have you been in Vegas long? My husband grew up in Vegas and all my inlaws live there and my aunt. So we go all the time, it's funny I have been to Vegas countless times but have only been down on the strip like 5 times.

This morning, I woke up around 4 AM, and there was a major thunderstorm
in the small town in which I live. It rained quite heavily until around 6:30/ 7 AM;
and was very cloudy until about 45 minutes ago (it is about 10:45 AM now),
when the sun finally came out.

Anyway, we here in Western PA are supposed to get rain until, like this Saturday.

Hey Rob, where are you that it is so hot? AZ, TX?

Breezy_Ann, we've only been in LV since June of this year. I retired, bought a new low priced house and now am looking for something else to do. (other than work)

Send me a PM and we'll exchange info if you want to do lunch or something. It would be great to meet some of our members here, and that goes for anyone visiting Las Vegas.

We are almost out of the heat here. Today's high will be in the mid 90's and it won't cool off until the end of the first week of Oct.

I absolutely love Autumn!
