Ive been on subs for 5 years. 16Mg a day.
Ive tapered off in the past 10 months and Im at 0.5mg once a day.
Towards the end of the day im exhausted..body is just smoked but ive been dealing with it.

Ive been cutting up the 2mg tabs but as you all know you can't get them any smaller than 0.5mg
But might try that liquid thing you guys posted on here.

Anyways the dr says try bunavail strips..i might be able to cut them smaller. So a 2mg bunavail film is really equal to 4mg of a suboxone tab? The dr couldn't even give me a straight answer on what is easier to taper from..the Bunavail film or the 2mg tabs.

Since seeing that you guys have dissolved the tabs in water i might try that now.

What about vitamins and supplements?
I take a multivitamin everyday..but have any of you seen results from using anything else? So much bullshit out online idk what to believe.
Thanks

There are definitely some supplements our members swear by. I think the best thing for you to do is to look for some of the longer "stopping suboxone" threads and read through them. You will be able to see what was tried and what worked. I don't have a list at the top of my head, so unless someone answers your post with a list, you may have to look around.

It's call L-tyrosine (have to check spelling). It seems to help get your energy going and is healing. May you can google it. The pharmacist should know what it is but if not go to a health food store
