Thank you Razor, Amy & Alwaysthesame! We can add today as 16 mg total. I have this good/bad trait of over analyzing things :D Of course i am trying to figure out what works and why some days are easier than others.

What i realized is every day can be the same as soon as i get back to using the medication as it is intended. It won't give me "extra energy" or numb out the scary & hard parts of my life and since i don't reach for extra blood pressure medicine i should not reach for more suboxone. Simple but not easy

No matter how i got addicted or what i was addicted to the fact is I am an addict. I don't want to lose what i have gained back so I will reach out for support and accept that without recovery support i can slip right back to where i was and that I wouldn't wish on anyone!

I had a very good day. Had my home full and enjoyed decorating & playing with play dough to some great classical music my 4 year old granddaughter, she had a good time too LOL

If i could just keep my head out of the past (or future) and let go of the shame & guilt of what i did things would be in balance again. I am getting closer.....

Hugs
E

That's great Em, I love how many positive stories I've heard today!

Take some time to enjoy your success, spend time with your family to remind you of why you need to take care of yourself. You are doing so well, and I'm genuinely happy that we have helped in any way.

Take care girl!
