Well, my walks have proven to be effective in relieving symptoms of depression. It could be a number or a combo of things I have been doing these past few days. I have also been praying, taking DHEA and counting my blessings. I despirately did NOT want to resort to AD meds and I have been pulling all the tricks out from my sleave. Whatever the culprit, my mood has GREATLY improved. Hope someone who is in despair reads this and can benefit.

I have tried a few different anti-depressants and find Wellbutrin the best for me. I still take that daily. And yes, I notice depression a little when tapering. Especially now that I am getting so low. I am at 1.5 now, and getting close to the time to drop off that .5 to .25 or just take the plunge to 1.0.

There is nothing wrong with taking medication IMO.
