For the last nine years I have been on Suboxone. My pain management physician thought 32mg a day was a good idea. Regardless to say I have a new physician. Long story short, I has an issue with Vicodin or other opiates so when I wanted to stop, admitting and knowig I was in trouble, went to detox (first time ever) and was put on sub. Once I left I went to pain managment, original medication was for car accident, neck issue. Is better now, feel I can do without pain medications.
Any way I want off of sub, over the last year I have slowly tapered down and am not at 3.5mg. I have also spend that last years researching Suboxone, everything I could find.

So I have this detailed plan and supplemnets amoung other things to aid in the process. Was also wonder is anyone out there has done a slow taper and how they did on it. I have been in full w/d before, trying to stop cold turkey or jump from 6mg or 4mg, that wa bad. Need a slow and steady

Any advise would be welcomes and appreciated!
