Hi I have been clean for 10 months but 2 months ago i relapsed. Now when I tried going back on suboxone i start to sweat and its a bit more difficult to sleep. I was on 2mg a day when i relapsed. I tried taking only 1mg and had these symptoms. Do i need to take more? Less? any type of help would be appreciated. Just want to get my life back on track but i get frustrated when I am uncomfortable and its so defeating when u cant fall a sleep. I am taking around 100mg of roxycodone a day or about 2 and half bags of H. Please get back to me as soon as you can I would like to try and get back on my suboxone dose starting 2morrow.

Hey DW,
What im getting nere is that your are still useing?!..

You need to reset your self from what im reading here. Stopp taking everything for 2 or 3 days then reinduct on a low dose.
You could use the COWS scale to be sure after a day or two..Trying to over ride opiates with Buprenorphine could be causing wd simptoms right now.

My 2 cents..

Yeah, like Razor said, you need to be in mild-to-moderate withdrawals before beginning Suboxone. Cheating will give you Precipitated Withdrawal. Be honest using the COWS worksheet, but I imagine that 36-48 hours off everything will probably be long enough. Let us know how you do.
