Hi

Been reading a few posts about how people take their sub.

I place mine under my tongue and try my hardest not to move my tongue or speak or swallow. BUT my mouth fills up with saliva so much. I keep the sub under my tongue and use a tissue to absorbe the saliva that's building up in my mouth. I am hoping so long as I keep the Sub under the tongue and do my utmost not to swallow (which is really difficult) I will absorbe as much of the drug as possible.

Anyone else use this technique?

Hi Babydoll -

I had that problem with my mouth filling up with drool too. It was so annoying. I would end up just sitting there holding a mouth full for drool for 30 minutes, trying to let as much as possible soak into my system before I spit it out.

I'm worried that if you are soaking up the saliva with a tissue you might not be getting all of your medication absorbed. Do you feel like you're getting good absorption?

Hello,

have to be a quick reply as just almost ready to get myself ready for work.

i did feel like I was still getting good absorption. however this morning as I am sat here now - i took the sub immediately as a got up and before i cleaned my teech or had breakfast. it's been 20 minutes and i think the Sub has probably dispolved now (but not chancing having a look just yet to be on the safe side) and i only have a tiny tiny bit of drool in my mouth. So i have not had to lap anything up with a tissue. I keep my tongue clamped down and don't dare move it or talk etc.

better get up and start getting ready for work (7:13am here in London)

xx
