Hi, I really need some advice. Me and my fiancé have been trying for a baby for 10 months. He is taking 4mg of Subutex a day. I have a child to a previous relationship so I know the problem doesn't lie with me. We are both desperate for a baby. Does Subutex have any effect on his sperm??

Thanks[/size]

I had been on Suboxone for 3 years when my wife got pregnant back in August 2011. And I've been on pretty much the same dose since I started, but normally 12mg a day - sometimes 16mg...

We really weren't trying to have a baby..it just happened. She had an IUD, which was removed in March of 2011. They told her if she didn't have another put in, could become pregnant within just a couple of months...and by all accounts, conception occurred in June 2011...because when we found out she was pregnant on August 1...she was somewhere around 7 weeks/8 weeks. I would say that this has no effect on the little soldiers..but maybe in some instances it could?
