I'm sure most people who have been on suboxone for a while know about this but on the suboxone website, there is a $50 coupon to go towards your script EVERY MONTH! But it is only for suboxone FILM. Hope this message helps =]]

Sorry if it's inappropriate to ask questions on this thread, I'm still new here.

Does this coupon work for non-insured patients? I got a prescription from my doctor for a new medication (not related to sub) and it came with a 50 co-pay card. But it would only be applied if you were an insured patient. They wouldn't honor it for me.

Is this the same type of thing?

I have been using these coupons for almost 1 year. If you have insurance it takes $50 off of your monthly copay. If you are uninsured it is a little different. I started out with insurance and had a $45 copay for my monthly suboxone. I get 90 of the 2/0.5 strips. I got them for free.

I did not think at first that it worked without insurance, but it DOES. You can use the coupon 1 time every 30 days for $50 off. You must fill at least 14 strips (I am not sure if this is the same for the 8mg, but I believe it is.) So you go to the pharmacy present the coupon, get at least 24 strips and you will get $50 off every 30 days. I fill mine 1 week at a time due to cost. So every 30 days I get a $50 discount on my strips.

So short version is yes, this does work without insurance, but of course its not a lot, but every little bit helps.
