Hi, I just found this site, and I find it helpful but I'm not finding any recent posts about what Im looking for. Does anyone know of a doctor in/around Macomb County that accepts medicaid? I've heard of programs to get help, but I'm trying to find something more immediate if possible. I've been to a doctor for the past two months, and have been through induction, but I just got on medicaid and that doctor doesn't accept it. So I'm looking to save some money. I have about two days of meds left, and hopefully I can find a walk in or immediate appointment with a doc that accepts medicaid. Also, does anyone know if medicaid pays for the prescription? Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Hey Layla,

I go to DOT Caring centers in Saginaw, MI. I know it's a ways from you but they do accept Medicaid. Their number is 989-790-3366. I'm not sure if they are accepting new patients but I got in there on my first try. Hope this helps.
