when I first started suboX, I didn't have a problem sleeping. But later on, I was forced to take Diazepam & Zolpidem.

Thing is, I never really knew what the cause really was. I mean I would try to sleep normally, but no way! Even after a 15hours shift and extreme insomnia there was no way i would fall asleep without some help in form of a pill or some ganja.

the past 3 months I realised that it might be the sub that was causing all this trouble. Cause every time I went lower on my dose, I was able to sleep either without any pills or with a minimal dosage. I just didn't realise it was bcause of the suboX.

The last 3 months I've been on 0.5mg average suboX dose. (before that it was 2mg average, and before that even higher)
And for the first time in many freakin' years I'm able to sleep cOmpLEtELy normal! It's really a big deal for me, since I thought that something must be very wrong with me for not being able to sleep without some help in form of a damn pill.

I'd bet that if I'd take, let's say 1mg, I wouldn't be able to sleep again.

Finally! after 4years of diverse pill rotations! It's so nice to go to bed and just fall asleep :D
