Hello,

I have delivered a healthy baby while on 14mg of suboxone daily. When she was born she had mild nas just warm and sneezing. We where let go afer 4 days in nice. I have been breastfeeding now for six weeks and I am very worried about wd from the suboxone in my breast milk. Any little sneeze or fussyness I automatically get upset because I think sh is going thru some type of withdrawal.

If anyone has breastfed and has and tips or anything in general to say to help me get thru this as I am going crazy with guilt. If you have breast fed your baby on suboxone please let me know how it went.

Much appreciated

I don't have any first hand experience with this, but from what I've heard/ read, breastfeeding is helpful for babies going through detox. IDK.. Maybe someone else can weigh in.

Hang in there! Glad your baby is home with you.
