Hi all!
well I wanted to let you all know I am fine and have been reading the forum...great to have you all here for support. I have been stuck at 1mg for about 2 weeks now..I don't now if you recall but I had one day where I uped my dose to 3mg, then back to 2..now 1 mg..MINOR W/D symptoms..nothing I can't deal with. I have an appt with sub DR on Thursday and I was hoping to be able to lower my RX..not sure if I can.If I do, I will be forced to lower dose due to lack of pills..what to do???
No cravings..just tired..and I am a runner, so I think I have my mind convinced that small dose helps with the running..
anyway..just wanted to report in.
Hope all of you are well!

I'm right there with you Ginger! Only difference is that I don't feel so much "stuck".....or maybe I'm just stuck on purpose! lol! I've been doing kind of like you...mostly taking 1mg/day, sometimes adding an extra 0.5mg or so. I'm not a runner, but I do feel similar in a way. My thing is just that it's summer and it's such a busy time. I don't want to be going through the 'ickies' all summer long by reducing my dose further right now. I know I'll finish my taper up when the time is right. I have enough Sub to last a while even if I stay at 1mg/day for another month even.
Try not to feel bad.....You've done a good job so far. Give it time and you'll get the rest of the way down in time!
