i have very very vivid dreams as well..not always nightmares tho...some are scary but a lot are just very realistic and random...i also have whole body twitches when falling asleep and right after falling asleep...such intense twitches or "jerks" that it wakes me and startles me

I'm just waking from a terrible very real suboxone dream. Most of the time my daughter dies, horribly, right in front of my eyes. Multiple times a night, where I wake crying, covered in sweat, scared to go back to sleep, and so disoriented. It feels real, very real. Sometimes I figure out its a dream and try to wake myself, but I can't! I'm in the dream still and can't get out, I feel so helpeless and am terrified to fall asleep. I also get the paralyzed thing sometimes when im awake from a dream but can't move. I end up sleeping for 15 hours if someone doesn't saw my arm off to wake me. This sucks. So bad. I need some help, some answers. Its driving me crazy. And Its so hard to wake me from my sleep. My husband thinks im dead sometimess because he's literally pushing on my back with all his might and I don't budge. I'm so scared right now that I might go to sleep. I don't take anything other than subs. 8mg a day in the am. Thanks for reading.

just had a dream last night that i ended up relapsing and was terrified that i was going to piss dirty at my doc appointment ( which was tofday ironically)..and in the dream i knew i was dreaming, but "woke up" and i really did relapse and was terrified...once i really woke up i was scared, wondering if it was real for a few seconds before i realized it really was a dream..

weird stuff, these dreams...but i will say its so relieving once you realize it was a dream. def not fun tho

Hahaha oh jeez!!!!
I can't tell you how many times I've had dreams like that. It's crazy how real they can be. I had a dream one time that I was getting loaded and even though it was a dream my body felt like i was getting high. Even after I woke up, for a minute or so I honestly felt like I was loaded. I couldn't believe it.

It's nice lately my dreams have been getting better. I wouldn't consider them nightmares anymore there just very strange now lol. Oh well can't complain anything better then what they were ):

Hope your recovery is going good! Stay strong
-Andy
