Briefly
I watched this TRUE ~ Movie yesterday on netflix ~~ this was good for me in early recovery for it reminded me of what i have been thru and where i need to go. I am not going to spoil it for you but it is a good movie
about addiction and what we go thru. Again this movie could be an ambivalent choice ~ Some might not be ready to watch this movie and some might. ( your discretion ~ if it is to strong turn it off )

I personally got a lot out of the movie and plan on reading the book ~ books always go into a little more depth when they are non fiction.

Again i am not Roger Ebert ~ This movie made me feel strong about my recovery and the choices we make ~ again i am only 9 days clean. There are not a lot of good movies about addiction and recovery ~ so this one gave me a sparkle in my eyes ~ for it was real and true.

PS i might have to go get a cat ~~ named bob
