Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else here who has been on/off Suboxone while working out, weightlifting, etc. and trying to go back to their normal routine. I was reading something interesting in one of these posts about the binding receptors in your brain that form more and more as you use more and more, developing tolerance. For benzo addicts, glutamine (a supplement also used in the gym for helping gain mass when combined with protein) is something that needs to be replenished when their withdrawaling or stop using. My question is are their any supplements I should look into as I have started pushing myself back into the gym in the first month off suboxone that would help? Thanks.
