I got into trouble with weed and after I got out of jail 3 months ago I picked up my last script of 15. I was at 3 8mg a day but had to taper. So I went down to a fourth of an 8mg every other day. Is it illegal to take my own script, 3 months after I stoped program. I test in 6-7 days and am so scared. I started working out big time. Im even doing a liver detox and drinking tons of water and eating right so I can get this stuff out of my system. Does anyone know if they test for subs on pretrial diversion?

I'm sorry that I don't have an answer to your questions! We have had people post about their experiences with drug court, but it may not pertain to your situation. It's hard to predict whether they will be testing for suboxone on the drug test. I do believe that more drug tests are testing for sub, but it could be individual to your county.

Here are some links to recent threads about this issue:

This is a link to an article about suboxone within the court system.

I hope these help!!
