So I started my discussion on another post, but today was day one for subs. I went to dr Friday and was going to begin Sat. but we went out of town for the weekend and I didn't want to feel like crap. Anyways, I waited 14 hours to start my first dose. I was told to wait 24 but I knew from past experience I never waited that long. I cut about a 1/3 of a 2mg film just in case it was too soon. Didn't get any relief. I waited close to another hour and took the rest of the 2 mg film. After about 20 min most of the wd symptoms subsided. I still didn't feel quite right, so I took another 1/3 of a 2 mg film. At this point I just feel a little jittery. Is this a normal feeling? I honestly don't remember how I felt before except that I wasn't sick anymore.

My dose that was prescribed was 2mg, twice a day. I don't plan on taking the other one today unless I start feeling like crap again. Going to wait out the day and hopefully start the full 2 mg again in the am.

Is this a normal feeling? Or did I take too much/ not enough?

Thanks:)

I would try to stay at 4mg for the time being. I don't know that feeling jittery is caused by too much sub, but it's a possibility. Are you feeling better since Monday?

Amy

I feel much better since Monday. I am dosing as follows:
2 mg in the am and then another 2 mg in the late pm. So maybe 7-8 hours later. So that is double of what I took before the last time I did this. When I split the 2 mg over a day (twice a day) I was taking 10-14 Norcos a day. This time I was taking 9 percocets 5mg and one to two norco. The norco was 10 mg.

I will say that once I stabilized I have more energy and drive to get things accomplished. It is a really great feeling not to sit around all day and sit around thinking of all the things I needed to do. So far I feel like I am getting mg life back.
