I am on day 4 right now and it hasn't been a fun trip, but not nearly as bad as a gram or more a day habit dope sick.

Age:20
Use: 1.5yr OC, 4 years of heroin and 10 month of Suboxone.
Mg of last suboxone dose: .5mg

The first day was actually worse than the 2nd day because I was getting anxiety about becoming being dope sick.. But now its the night of day 4 and im really chilling out. I had to keep myself busy to take my mind off of it. Lots of the pain comes from just sitting in one spot and feeling like shit. I went to the zoo, so i could walk around. It isnt fun but it feels fucking amazing knowing that through all this im at the finish line..

I just kind of mixed some things from different home remedies i found online and they have worked great. I really just feel like i have a little hang over.

List:

1. Afrin (No more runny nose....get the sinus one if you can)
2. Allergy/Cold Meds (helps with cold symptoms)
3. Vitamins - I really liked those Emergen-c packets.... but lots of potassium/B-complex
4. Bengay - Great for the aches and muscle pains
5. Lots and lots of Ibuprofen (NOT TYLENOL..YOU'LL END UP DEAD)
6. Sedative - OTC, Valium, Trazadone..Whatever you are comfortable with so you can try to sleep)

*GANJA SMOKERS*

-Try to get edibles before smoking herb. Eating lasts way longer and really numbs the twitchy legs.
- Buy Indica Blends - Keeps you more relaxed

Hi and welcome. Sounds like you're doing pretty well. Try to get some exercise too. Believe it or not it will make you feel better. Keep up the good work. Again, welcome to the forum. :)
