I think listening to songs is one trigger I'll never be able to forget. I just found a song that really speaks masses to what I told my wife during the highest point in my active addiction...I told her to listen to this song, and that I felt this way about what I had done...
Some of the lyrics in this song...they used to fit me, to a T. not so much anymore, but I'm sure we all related to songs when we were in active addiction, right? I know for me, songs were the only thing that could get to me and make me think things over...but never enough to quit.

And now, to this day..I love this song with all my heart. This "era" of music was back when people didn't use machines to make music sound good, and there was pain and feeling behind the songs.....this song has always touched me:
