Wow. After seven weeks of sleep issues--i.e. having to take Trazadone just to be able to fall asleep--last night I took a chance and went to bed without qany sleep aid--and I actually slept through the night! The last seven weeks have been slowly getting better--but afyer jumping from 8mgs/2 years cold turkey--it wasnt always fun. All this to d=say--there is hope for you. Keep fighting the good fight. My stomach issues are still around--but seem to be getting better. I guess when we treat our bodies like crap there is hell to pay when we want it back. But the body seems to know what to do--so from this point on I want to become totally substance free and hopefully begin living a more healthy, natural life. lol We'll see.

Congratulations! Sounds like you are just about out of the woods! Glad you were able to do it without the use of another med.

Brian!
I slept last night too!! We had our first rain & thunderstorms in 355 days yesterday. So when I finally got home I threw open the windows and crashed hard. I slept like a baby for the first time in the last 27 days. All without any sleep aids as well. Congrats Brian! I'm happy for bofus!

Hey Bri! I tried my best, went outside and blew hard as I could but I think the rain had other plans. It'll come. We waiting just 10 days shy of a year and got 3 inches in one day... As for MY stomach, It's trying to kick start itself I can tell. I would say my GI is about 72.857% .... I WILL be having a bacon, egg 'n cheese McGriddle in the A.M. ;-)

'night friends!

That's awesome Brian :D ! Hope to get a full night myself soon! I'm still having a hard time with sleeping :x it takes me FOREVER to fall asleep then I'm up a few times a night. Almost like I'm wide awake just after a few hours of sleep.
If I take trazadone I find it hard to wake in the AM. and once I do I have a severe headache which lasts all day :? Do you have headaches from trazadone?
