Just wondering if anyone here has experienced sleep apnea. I am aware that 3 types exsist. Obtrusive, Central and Complex. Obtrusive is where the throat muscles relax and block the airway. Central is where your brain stops sending signals to breath and you miss breathing cycles temporarily and the last is a combination of both.

Anyone here go through any of that? I was told by my wife that I was skipping breaths. Video taped myself sleeping and sure enough. Had a few 5 second pauses. Pretty scary.

I have been on Sub for 2 years. Have gone from 16MG per day down to 4-8 per day currently. Before that was addicted to Norco, vicodin....any opiate I could get my hands on aside from Oxy. So, yes, I do have an opiate issue.
