Is it possible very sore quad leg muscles -- just over knees is related to RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) ?

Since starting Bup I have extremely sore leg muscles from the knee up. It is very limited to that muscle

area only. Could this actually be related to, or be, related to RLS, which is so common in W/D?

Anything to be done? It is very sore almost all of the time, making walking harder.

I can't see how it's RLS related to withdrawals as long as you're stable on your dose. Do you move your legs and kick at night, do you know? Although I don't really think RLS is just pain in one's legs; I believe it's more the restlessness of them in order to get a diagnosis of RLS (w/o the opiate w/d), but I'm not positive about that.

Depending on how long it's been going on, you might want to see a doctor just to rule out anything medical going on. I don't recall how long you've been off your DOC and on suboxone, but often when we go on sub we catch injuries or ailments that were hiding under our pain pill habit. Just a thought.
