 Post subject: reset opiate receptor?

I think some on this forum think the term of "reset opiate receptor" means to make an addict (pre-dispositioned) not an addict?...like going back and making their "receptors" like Joe the non-herion addict....please correct me if i'm wrong but i have NO idea what many mean when they are talking about resetting their receptors...one guy on this thread said narcan did? wtf? does he mean -loss of tolerance?
