Does anyone know when I can refill my sub prescription with amerihealth NJ insurance? My doctors appt is tonight but I will be technically 3 days early. Can I get dropped if I try to fill it tonight? What are the laws in nj? Any info would be so appreciated!

I do not know about your particular insurance, but I can tell you that I am supposed to fill every 30 days and have been able to fill at 27/28 so it is possible... I'm in NY with Medicaid/Fidelis.

It's worth a shot...

Hey, I am not sure about your insurance but mine has set a pre authorization so that i can only get 90 within 30 days. If i go to the doctor before then, I just wait. If I am going out of town or just around the pharmacy and want to pick them up earlier then I can get them on day 28 or 29 usually. I don't think that your insurance will drop you, the best thing to do would be to call them.
