Hi all, it sounds like some of you are struggling with recovery, and some have found ways to make it work. There is a helpful center up in northern Thailand outside which could help you. It focuses on mindfulness. Basically meditation and yoga. There is plenty of nature and sunshine as well to raise your mood and keep you sober! check out newlifefoundationthailand

i do not think this post is all that ness- we can collect mindfulness anywhere. i can get it by walking down a stream bank or river side. meditate at home and watch programs for free that teach meditation.
