I have to stop suboxone, cold turkey...I have no other narcotics to help through the withdrawal, also I am out of suboxone. Could you guide me through this long, depressing process and explain to me what I am to expect and what I can do to ease the pain. I also have to work a full time job. Thank you

Before I offer some suggestions, could you tell me more about your situation? How long have you been taking Suboxone? How much per day? Why do you have to stop suddenly? Anything you wish to share will help in what suggestions to offer.
There will be others who respond and may tell you what helped them personally.
