Hello,

I am currently trying to quit using subs cold turkey. Long story short.. I started Bupe as recreation which turned into a bad habit. I have never taken more than 1mg at a time over the past 4 months, BUT I have maybe did approx. 2mg a day from time to time. I have not been taking the drug everyday either. It has been on and off.. I quit for 11 days back in July.. then every now and then I have quit for 3-4 days here and there. OK... my question is this.. It is now Saturday and I have only taken 1mg of Subutex this week (last dose being 3 days ago on Wednesday)... I haven't really experienced too much WD symptoms but a little anxiety due to the fact that I am awaiting the WD symptoms I think? So basically, since I have only been on subs for about 4 months on and off.. what kind of WD symptoms can I expect? And how long will it last? Thank you for your time.

Hi.........
so that's a different answer for every person pretty much..............

did you take any Opiates BEFORE you were on suboxone????????

1mg is a pretty low dose, especially if you weren't taking it every day........
I would THINK your w/d shouldn't be bad at all.
Unless you started 1mg after having a heroin habit or something...............

I'm gonna paste a video here on suboxone w/d.....but probably much of it wont pertain to you, if you were never on a higher dose than 2mg. honestly< I dont see it being "bad" for you.
also, the "link" under the video, theres a few MORE vidoes on w/d and suboxone. so maybe that'll help

here's an article on withdrawl from suboxone, if you'd rather read something.
http://www.suboxonetalkzone.com/withdra ... enorphine/

Also, theres ALOT of w/d "summaries" from people who have stopped from where you are inthe "stopping suboxone"
section, AND "bupe in the rear view" If I were you, i'd read some of those stories, many people jump and keep a sort of journal, of their progress, with detailed symptoms/emotions, ETC

hope I gave you SOMETHING that helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you have any more questions, let US KNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
okay, now go do your homework, LOL
:D :D :D :D
