I jumped from 2mg as well 3 weeks ago. Today I am feeling pretty good. I still feel a bit "fuzzy" when am idle and have a bit of insomnia at night. Things have improved though. The first couple weeks were pretty bad for me personally, but after about 10 days I did start to see improvements.

Everyone handles detox different. The best I advice I can give you is eat as healthy as possible, exercise regularly, and make sure you have someone around that you can lean on emotionally when things get hard.

For me getting this far in my detox was 100% mental. I had tried and failed to get off suboxone twice before and the truth is I was not mentally ready to be off it. If you want it bad enough you will make. it.

Hello Justdoit! Welcome!
TikiStyles has given you good advice I think. You should also check out Trainer's thread "DOING IT!"
She jumped from 2mgs "cold turkey", no comfort meds, kept working and is doing wonderfully at over 50 days (she may even be at 60 by now?)
I jumped from .375, tapered from 12mgs (8 year habit) and am 29 days sober.
It can be done if, as Tiki said, you want it badly enough. And you will most likely find (as most of us did) that it is not as bad as your "fear" might be.
Some more tips:
1. Clonidine- blood pressure med that is non addictive and helps cut wdl symptoms down by a few notches
2. Listen to uplifting music
3. Get outdoors, feel the sun, stay "in the light" during during the day.
4. Keep moving as much as possible, try to get your heart rate up for 20-30 minutes daily when you can manage it.
5. HOT BATHS or showers for "restless" feelings in legs and / or arms

Good luck and keep posting!
BF
