For those of you who have done it: Please tell us how far you tapered, and what level your withdrawal was at that point. I have heard so many negatives and would love to hear some positive tips as far as quitting, tapering, and withdrawals.
Thanks in advance,
Lesley

Puellapea, I have a detailed thread about my taper and withdrawal from Sub. It's here if you'd like to read it:

http://suboxforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=296

at the end of that thread is a link to another thread that I started after I stopped Suboxone entirely.

The short story is that I tapered all the way down to about a quarter of a mg before I stopped. I used a liquid taper method and I did taper very slowly - it took me months to go from 1mg to nothing. I had minimal withdrawal symptoms, didn't miss any work and was about 85% well after 4 weeks off and about 95% after 8 weeks. Five months off and I'm doing great.
