This is an chronic disease in which one gets inflammation in the skin and joints. Due to inflammation the skin gets red and patches are found, the person suffering from Psoriasis gets itching in the skin and usually it affects the knees, elbows, ears. Psoriasis leads to Psoriatic Arthritis. The joints not only becomes painful but also they get swelling along with the hotness. To treat these certain exercises can be done under the able guidance of a Physical Therapist.

Just want to add few things to this post with clarity is Psoriasis is a chronic disease and it affects the skin and signs are white or red patches. This psoriasis can lead to psoriatic arthritis that affects joints.

Thanks
