Somehow submitted my post while wrapping it up...

Faithfully, I have a one weekfull of 7 pods I set my vitamins supplements in... With a lonnngg time of research, visits, trial and error, I found what works for me...

Super complex LIQUID B 12
Amino Complete
Fish Oil (prob the most important)
5 HTP
Multivitamin
L tyrosine

Milk thistle (bought for my ex husband, added by personal choice for my recovery)

Melatonin added ay night for sleep

After a month of this, tappering became easier, I noticed I wasn't so "obsesses with suboxone and tappering, then... I LOOKED AROUND ONE DAY AND REALIZED I WASNT IN THE DARK! No depression, my serotonin system was functioning, my brain was producing endorphines. This is also with a high in protein diet... Lots of water all day, and natural greens, and a rainbow of fruits every week.

Im now at 1 mg a day. A month ago, i was stuck at 4-6 mg a day, and before that, i would drive home every night from work, no music, crying, then sit in my driveway for an hour or so cause i hated my house. I hated me.

Last but not least, I have to say, therapy is successful if given enough time, and the right therapist... I am very picky on who I see, and I need someone that is a true professional and loves what they do.
