Six months ago, there was a ton of complaints about the crumbling suboxone strips. For the most part, that has been fixed...if your are still breaking p, I am guessing your pharmacy had a bunch of the old batch in warehouse. Anyway, props to the manufacture for making the film packaging easier to open! Fold the end and tear and it now tears down the pack cleanly, rather than chopping off the head of my suboxone stips!

I feel certain that many drugs have had a bad batch hit the pharmacies now ans then.

I confident that most adults would know what to do with a crumbly strip if they encountered one. Take it back to the pharmacy!

Don't worry about it ...................

Hmmmmm,

I have not seen the crumbling , etc...

Yesterday, I noticed something different about my sub strips.

Starting with my afternoon sub dose I opened a blister pack or 8mg/2mg sub and the stirp was in 2 pieces! No big deal I guess.

Since then every pack I have opened has been cut in half, like it was cut in half nearly perfectly !

I am confident that the 2 halves are 4 mg each, but just haven't seen that b4?

I am going to look next dose this evening and see if the 8 is on the stip(s) , if is 2 halves again...

Anyone seen this before? 2 - 4mg pieces of film in the blister pack, not 1 rectangular strip?

When I first saw your post, I had just got my sub filled and had a diferent opinion.

Now that the end of my month's supply of suboxone strips are here, I am seeing that when I open carefully a package, that all of them have now fell to pieces. (last 3 days worth so far, that are now 27 days old or so, and I store them as directed)

I called the RB hotline and aked about it, They wanted the lot number, and they said return it to the pharmacy and that RB would rimburse the pharm. for them.

the hotline number is 1.877.782.6966

I can just imagine me showing the pharmacist an open pack of sub which had fallen to 2-4 pieces, soemtime stuck to the side of the pack even, and asking him to give me some to replace them?

On the internet, there are people wondering is the suboxone is still as effective after they start to deteriorate.

Makes me wonder too!
