SO heres my taper schedule. In addition to the sub I am taking celexa and benzos. (10 mg/day) I plan on tapering from the benzos soon. Keep in mind that I have been fine with .5 mg/day for weeks.

DAY 1--4--- .5 mg
day 5-10-----.375 mg
Days 11-14----.250mg
Days 15-20----.125 mg

I also have clonodine but my doc advised to wait until im done with the subs. I see him on 10/30.

I think your taper looks fine, just remember to allow yourself some flexibilty.

If it were me, I'd hold off on the Clonidine too. I'd wait until I jump to start taking it, that's just my personal preference.

Good luck.

thank you for your opinion. how long do withdrawal symptoms go on after jumping off at such a low dose? Also What about skipping days and taking a full agonist on that day?
i must say that I got a 3mg peice and did a whole mg on Saturday, and sunday, and .75 today when I was supposed to do .375. Its the energy level and the very minor stomach ache that makes me think I need it. But I have enough to continue my taper as I had scheduled it. Today was day 3 or 4 of my "supposed" .375 mg day so the suboxone for the rest of the taper is still a few houses away. I pick a dose up every day before work.

I hope my cheating doesnt cause me too much unneeded symptoms.
