so, i have been off of methadone for a month now and all withdrawal symptoms have gone away, and my stupid face goes out and uses dope. will i get withdrawals from again from this one time use? i was just starting to sleep 6-8 hours a night again. its been about 10 hours from last use, and i am scared that my stupidity will lead me straight back into withdrawals. its not happening again, i didnt even enjoy it. in fact looking in the mirror at how i look right now is enough disgust for me not to do it again. i was doing so good, and now this. i really hope that i dont go through all this crap again because of one slip.

hey,,

sorry to hear about the slip,,, but you know, you can't do anything about that now,
and there's no point in beating your head against the wall because of it.. k?

might as well LEARN something from the experience, and move on :wink:

as for your question,,, it would depend on how LONG you used dope for ....
and H? I'm presuming???

if it was just one 'shot' I would think it'd be mild, if anything at all,,,
if it was a few days/week,,

your probably in for at least a 24 hour circle of hellish reminder of what life used to be like, and WHY you stopped to begin with.

Hang in there, ,,, hopefully you KNOW at this point, MORE dope will NOT HELP ANYTHING.....

allright???

I hope I helped, at least a little...

and good job on the month off methadone..... I never made it more than a few days, before I found suboxone..

it didn't work for me, but that was just MY experience....

[marq=right]*****GOOD LUCK******[/marq]

Dude don't beat yourself up. Addiction does that enough. Look at it and learn from it, remember that you hated every moment of it. What made you fall over? Think about it, what you were thinking, how you were feeling. Flag-it, and steer clear next time.

Can I ask are ya off methadone and on Sub, or just off methadone?
