Thanks for sharing. I am on day 6 without subs and it is starting to get better. I am worried about PAWS, but it helps to hear stories like yours!! I am starting back on my exercise routine and it is helping a bit, but man is it hard to get motivated. Kudos to you for getting started exercising, Keep it UP!!!

Amen tsciant.....Amen!

I was well into my PAWS before I started exercising, but the transformation was no less than astounding. I started with lifting weights. I did maybe 20 or 30 minutes the first time and I was completely blown away by how ridiculously great I felt.

For me, exercise was an absolute PAWS killer. I'm so glad I started into it and continue, over 1 year later, to do it.

Thank you for the info. I hope that you’re still working out and feeling great. Exercise has made me a new person as well, but now I have to get off the Suboxone so I can get rid of my moodiness and depression. I only hope I am able to exercise like you are once Im off the medication. My fear is that I will be to sick to run and do the cardio I do every single day.

Thanks again and keep up the good work.

Love this post. I have always loved running. Have a diploma in sports and fitness and running has always been my fave exercise. I will for sure be getting my running shoes back out.

Massive well done.
