I don't know what to do I just started suboxone 4mgs once a day and I can't sleep for anything, I take 150mgs of trazadone and still nothing. I just read on here about spitting out the film but I thought you couldn't do that. I am so confused and frustrated. Any advice would be wonderful

Hey Etchy welcome!

I don't know why u can't sleep, sub can sometimes make ppl sleepy at first until u get adjusted on it. Is the 4mgs helping take ur cravings away and withdrawal? If it's not helping with that, could that possibly be the reason ur not sleeping? Hopefully someone will come along with better answers than me. I wanted to welcome u to the forum and tell ya we're glad ur here. Hope u get this issue straightened out.

I don't have withdrawals never have thank god but I guess the naloxone tends to give people bad insomnia. I am so freaking confused as to what to do. Thank you for the amazing welcome, makes me feel better that someone in this world cares. Also I have been clean since October 9th was my last use date. It has just been the cravings and with all the stuff I have going on the cravings and the want has never been so strong:(
